Before getting started, there are a few details that you should have to hand.
If you've just moved into the area, having an online account is the easiest and fastest way to deal with us. Through an online account, you can easily manage your water bill, track your usage and more. To create an account, you'll need your new address and the date you're moving in.
If you've moved house but we're still your water supplier, all you'll need to do is update your address details so we can set up the water bill for your new home. The form should only take a few minutes and we'll need your old and new address, as well as your moving dates.
Use this form if you're moving home and need a final meter reading, a final water bill, or to close your account. You can tell us you’re moving home up to 30 days before your moving date and up to 90 days afterwards.
If you have any billing and account enquiries, you can get in touch on this number. Calls are charged at local rates Monday to Friday, 8am–6pm. Closed on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.
