We offer different ways to pay your water bill, so you can choose the method that suits you best. Find out more about the available options below.
Before paying, make sure you have your customer number and payment reference number to hand. You can find both of these in the top right corner of your latest bill. The whole process of paying should only take a few minutes.
If you're struggling to pay your water bill, you may be eligible for one of our discounts or payment schemes. Follow the link to our 'What if I can't pay my bill?' page to find out more information.

It's quick and simple to make a one time water bill payment using a debit or credit card.
This is the easiest way to pay your water bill online. You can set up and manage your water bill Direct Debit by creating an online account with us.
You can also contact us by phone to pay your water bill. The line is automated and quick and simple to use.
With a payment card you can pay your water bill anywhere you see a PayPoint sign by weekly, fortnightly, or monthly instalments. Call us on this number to set up a payment card.
To do this, simply take the payment slip from your water bill with you to make the payment at your bank or post office.
We've changed banks – from NatWest to HSBC. If you pay by Direct Debit, you don't need to do anything – these details will update automatically.
But if you pay by Bacs, standing order, or directly through your bank, make sure you've updated our account information to:
