This total includes the number of permanent connections as well as any temporary connection which may used for building purposes and later disconnected. This estimator is capped at 10 connections. Water Regulations inspections have a stepped charging structure, with a higher fee at the start of each group of 10 plots. For developments over 10 plots, please contact us for a tailored quotation.

A main road is a busy A or B road with high traffic, often making the water connections more complex. Side Roads are a smaller local or residential street with lower traffic.

You need this if you’re increasing the amount of wastewater entering the public sewer. Selecting ‘yes’ adds the wastewater infrastructure charge to your estimate. This doesn’t cover the wastewater application, connection, or related costs.

This an estimate, intended as a guide to help you plan. To receive an official quote you'll need to make an application (charges apply).

Traffic management charges are not included and may be required to protect the safety of our teams and the working area. Typical costs are £2500+ per day. Arranging traffic management and the necessary permits can take three months or more, depending on the complexity of the work..

Where wastewater infrastructure charges are shown, they only cover the infrastructure charge. Standard application, admin and other associated costs will also apply to a wastewater connection.

Environmental incentives - If you're saving water by using water-efficient fittings or installing a rainwater harvesting system, then please let us know and we will apply a discount to your infrastructure charges.
